What's the role?

Job Details:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service (Min. 2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Skills:
- Computer skills: Proficient in using reservation systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Customer service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Clerical: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Customer support: Address customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
