Job Title: Customer Service Team Member
We are looking for a detail-oriented Team Member to join our Express Kitchens Customer Service Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as Liaison between the Customer and Express Kitchens to help resolve issues and answer any questions in a timely and friendly manner.
- Ensure that all customers are responded to in a timely manner
- Track, investigate, and resolve design and/or install issues.
- Act as Liaison with the Warehouse to streamline process, orders, and general issues.
- Process punch lists and service orders while satisfying the customers' needs.
- Resolve all customer specific complaints and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Must have a fundamental interest in learning new things.
- Pleasant, calm, and professional telephone manner.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Good negotiator.
- Multi-tasker with ability to maintaining a firm grasp of what is an emergency and what can wait.
- With the right person, understanding of kitchen cabinets and cabinet installation can be taught.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
