We are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Service/Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the yacht charter industry and be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and match them with the perfect yacht charter. The Customer Service/Event Coordinator will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, both before and after their charter.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Quote and book yacht charters
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the yacht charter industry
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- Outgoing, energetic personality
- Ability to take the initiative on projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organization skills and an eye for detail
- Reliable with excellent time management
