Customer Service & Administrative Support for busy flooring distributor in Kenilworth NJ.
Ideal candidate is self-motivated, innovative, focused on detail and is a team player.
Job consists of processing and tracking orders for multiple locations as well as responding to inquiries for stock and lead time and maintaining order files. Other duties may include sales support, inventory entry and maintaining daily logs. Must have good communication skills and be able to multi-task. Must also be detail oriented, good at following up and should care about doing a good job. The right candidate is able to interact with sales and operations personnel clearly, promptly and courteously in a fast paced environment.
A good working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is desired.
Remote work is NOT available. Must be able to get to and from work promptly and be dependable. Work week is Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.
Salary will be based on level of experience and knowledge.
