Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
Billing: Processing monthly cycle billings and invoicing the daily service calls
- Recurring Monthly Central Station Monitoring invoices
- Recurring Monthly Video Monitoring invoices
- Recurring Monthly Extended Warranty invoices
- Daily Service Call invoices for services rendered by technicians
Collections: Making collection calls to customers along with follow up emails for past due balances of over 30 days in a professional, time-efficient manner
- Review all delinquency history of account in order to determine the appropriate steps to follow in debt recovery process
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, perform account reconciliations, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Meet w/ Supervisor on a weekly basis to discuss top delinquent accounts and what immediate actions are being taken to resolve delinquent issues
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers regarding their past due account balances while maintaining a positive relationship
- Provide customers with invoices, statements and payment history as needed
- Make payment arrangements with customers to get their accounts up to date
- Update and maintain accurate records of all correspondence, negotiations and / or legal actions in customer’s accounts
- Receive incoming payments from customers
- Prepare all documentation for collection / legal action to be taken if needed
- Provide a weekly detailed, written report of all past due account correspondence to Department Manager
Extended Warranty Program: Responsible for the promoting and retention of Extended Warranties
- Encourage participation in the extended warranty program
- Following up w/ customers for payment on their existing extended warranties
- Maintain and update customer information, including contact names, emails, phone numbers, etc.
Assist with various other Customer Service-related tasks as needed
Position Requirements:
- 3 Years of Customer Service experience w/ heavy emphasis on Collections, Billing and Contract Retention / Renewal
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills; someone who is as equally comfortable working by email as well as engaging clients by phone
- Must be computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of and experience working w/ Sedona Office a huge +
- Must have a valid, clean driver’s license w/ reliable transportation
- Must be able to work well w/ others and work cross-functionally with different departments in a high paced environment
- Must be well organized w/ a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality.
- Must have a very proactive work ethic, the ability to adapt and work well w/ others and work cross-functionally with the different departments of the Company
- Must be multi-task oriented w/ the ability to handle multiple projects at a time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
