Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inquiries regarding basic product descriptions and functions in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide shipping status updates, including tracking information and updates on any delays, to customers.
- Manage backorder shipments, ensuring customers are informed and updated on the status of their orders.
- Handle inquiries related to damages or defects, following company guidelines to provide appropriate solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with repair services and provide customers with instructions for returning damaged or defective products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing final solutions to their inquiries and issues.
- Assist with other Customer Service-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Customer Service orientation with a desire to help others.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing accurate and timely information.
- Very comfortable working on a computer and proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Dropbox, and Email.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Customer Service role.
- Ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations.
- Strong Organization Skills
