Responsibilities:

• Respond to all inquiries regarding basic product descriptions and functions in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide shipping status updates, including tracking information and updates on any delays, to customers.
• Manage backorder shipments, ensuring customers are informed and updated on the status of their orders.
• Handle inquiries related to damages or defects, following company guidelines to provide appropriate solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with repair services and provide customers with instructions for returning damaged or defective products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing final solutions to their inquiries and issues.
• Assist with other Customer Service-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong Customer Service orientation with a desire to help others.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent grammar and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing accurate and timely information.
• Very comfortable working on a computer and proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Dropbox, and Email.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Customer Service role.
• Ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations.
• Strong Organization Skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
