Position:Customer Service Representatives
Location: Tallahassee, FL (on-site)
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr. / $18.50/hr. Bilingual
Hours of Work:
Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM EST
Job Description:
Customer Service Reps will beanswering and greeting customer s calls in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Listening attentively to customer and assist with empathy
Confirm customer understanding of their inquiry, solution and provide additional customer assistance/education, as needed
Preparing and completing accurate work and update customer file documentation file via system
Conduct correspondence with customers and team members
Provided excellent problem solving options
Assist with enrollment processes
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED
Customer Service experience required
Basic computer operations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be comfortable working in a metrics and structured
