As a Customer Support Representative, you will communicate and provide administrative support to the Sales Team directly. We are looking for someone ready to work in a fast-paced, fun, and exciting environment and grow their skills. A willingness to work a flexible schedule is needed.
Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
- Collaborate with various internal departments to support the Sales team growth.
- Answer incoming calls from Sales team and respond to their inquiries.
- Record feedback with accuracy to improve client satisfaction and increase client enrollment.
- Conduct research and provide updates effectively.
- 1-3 call center experience
