Answers calls and customer inquiries; maintains and maximizes service/parts opportunities by maximizing quality appointments and show rates as well as inbound/outbound call mix as indicated by industry standards.
Works with respective departments to maximize business development opportunities in existing business and self-generated business (incoming/out-going calls).
