Job Description
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for follow-up calls. There is an active book of business available.
- Manage the entire sales cycle; build rapport with prospects, get initial meetings, demonstrate service, and close opportunities.
- Become comfortable and competent to discuss the business benefits of our products and services.
- Prepare and explain the details related to pricing, agreements/contracts, and processes.
- Provide support to the new sales team in onboarding new customers
Requirements/Skills:
- Minimum 3 years in sales/sales success experience, with demonstrated results.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to problem solve.
- Experience in identifying, cold calling, and qualifying sales prospects.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with attention to detail
- A commitment to measurable performance goals
- Highly self-driven sense of motivation
- Works well in a team environment
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills, and CRM application skills
