We are looking for:

  • A Customer Service Site Liaison that is customer obsessed, a team player, and has excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills. This person will also have deep knowledge and understanding of the business processes and systems.

We count on you for:
  • Manage the communication between the Plant and the relevant CSR when the information is not available in the ERP (SAP).
  • Single POC representing Customer Service on site: instrumental to the success of the Ship Pad meetings, contributing and acting as the communication cord from the meeting to Customer Service, prepares and manages LBE/Risk data and hosts meetings to manage revenue information from the site.
  • Represent "Customer Voice" for all approved escalations to ensure fast and effective turnaround.
  • Support Customer Complaints Coordinators to ensure we have the right level of momentum coming from the site.
  • Chair, manage, monitor OTIF related activity and reports on the sites results; support customer site visits and represents Customer Service through the visit
  • Provide the front and back office the necessary support from the site to fulfil the customer expectations.
  • Participate with the supply chain site team and relays messages to the front and back office from the supply chain lead.

You will bring:
  • The ability to make sound business decisions that support customers' requirements while complying with documented guidelines and policies; and solve customer problems in a changing environment without completely defined process steps for success.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems to extract relevant data to support customers; prefer 3 years of SAP.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with knowledge of government and industry quality system requirements, customer and internal terms and conditions, contract administration.
  • Be knowledgeable on product terminology, customer specs and procedures. The willingness to learn and apply basic technical information/terminology and be familiar with material applications is essential.
  • Good understanding of export compliance; EAR and ITAR knowledge.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or supply chain; understanding of manufacturing flows.
  • Minimum of High School diploma; College B.S. is desirable.

You will get:
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $73,032 to $100,674. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
