Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to provide exceptional Customer Service to our lawn care customers. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is goal-oriented and hard-working. The office moves in many directions in a short period of time.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with little to no supervision, make decisions on the fly and work well under stress.

This is a remote position. High Speed Internet access is required. A hard wired internet connection is required. A dedicated home office is recommended for this position.
Hours are negotiable. This position is 40 hours per week M-F with occasional Saturdays. Hours are flexible although do require a set schedule.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is friendly, has excellent communication and organizational skills along with strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. - Takes inbound call from customers and potential customers
- Makes outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sells services over the phone
- Maintains customer data records
- Calls customers to collect on past due accounts
