Job Description
Goal: Provide exceptional Customer Service and support to clients of the Studio Division at Edge Auto Inc.
Edge Auto Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Studio Division. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Assist clients with any issues or concerns they may have, and escalate as necessary
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve customer experience
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities The ideal candidate for this role has previous Customer Service experience, preferably in a studio or creative environment. They should have strong problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service. Experience with studio equipment and photography is a plus.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Experience with studio equipment and photography preferred
