PowerFlow Fluid Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues, in addition to assisting with marketing responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with drive, enthusiasm, excellent Customer Service skills, and a knack for marketing and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Organize and manage marketing assets like product photography, literature, graphics, and logos.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of newsletters, literature, email blasts, company announcements, customer, and vendor correspondence.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary on various customer, vendor, and other issues.
- Working with highly technical products, documents and applications with support and guidance from others.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications:
- Related college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Build rapport with clients while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, with impeccable organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Above average ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Attention to detail, with an interest and aptitude in creative assignments.
- Experience with many software platforms including Microsoft Office 365, Photoshop, and various Adobe creative cloud products.
- Experience with WordPress and other web tools a plus.
