The Global Supply Chain Representative (Customer Service Representative) facilitates the successful operation of the supply chain by doing the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.
- Analyze and coordinate global supply chain activities for clients
- Manage customer requirements – firm orders and forecasted demand
- Coordinate and support conference calls and meetings to drive customer satisfaction
- Manage global suppliers to ensure orders are processed timely and support S&V’s inventory objectives
- Work in our ERP system – Microsoft Business Central
- Load customer requirements – PO’s and forecasts
- Plan material/place purchase orders with suppliers/expedite orders where necessary
- Create shipping documentation and work with warehouse services to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Analyze inventory and safety stock levels
- Contribute ideas and implement actions that support a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate clearly and effectively to all stakeholders – customers, suppliers, colleagues, service providers
Education/Experience: Supply chain: 3-5 years experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and database software. Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience preferred. Previous experience with Microsoft NAV is a plus.
Travel Requirements: May require minimal travel within the United States, up to 10% of the employee's time.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
