Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively recruiting for a full time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Bronx, NY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Schedule – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
• Transfer calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers.
• Maintains an above average attendance record.
• Follows established standard operating procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
• High school diploma required
• Prior Customer Service or call center experience is preferred.
• Can be a team player
• Can work without direct supervision
• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
• Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and elderly
• Has a good work ethic
• Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.
• Must be flexible.
