Customer Service Representative

Wholesale Nursery CSR

From $15.00 per hour

Full Time – 40 hours

Monday – Friday

Summary: Coordinates the office and administrative activities of 100 acres + wholesale plant nursery.

Provides Customer Service to our current customers and potential customers. Provides administrative

support to nursery managers.

Reception:

 Answers phones, greets customers and fulfills first level nursery customer communication

 Enters new customers in database

 Processes customer orders and takes payment

Administrative:

 Maintains production logs

 Maintains nursery stock inventory

 Coordinates marketing updates and activities

 Maintains nursery supplies

 Coordinates shipping activities

Skills:

 Excellent Customer Service and support experience

 A clear, confident and friendly Customer Service voice

 Computer proficiency and knowledge of common programs with the ability to learn new

programs quickly

 Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

 Establish strong customer relationships

 Problem solver and team player.

 Dependable and trustworthy
