Responsibilities:
- Receiving and placing telephone calls
- Providing help and advice to customers using our products and services, by performing in-store estimates
- Scheduling appointments for the estimator and confirming installation dates
- Creating pick tickets for new jobs
- Investigating and solving customer issues
- Working well with other team members and departments
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
