Position – Customer Service

Job Location – Green Bay, WI

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Starting Pay – $17-19 per hour

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service and sales support for incoming calls

• Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day

• Process customer transactions, schedule orders and respond to customer inquiries

Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent

• Previous sales experience preferred

• Proficient data entry & typing skills

• Able to problem solve and multitask
