Our Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products and answer any questions our clients may have.
Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change request
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Secure all pending documents from customers
- Complete Evidence of Insurance request
- Respond to all inquiries, cancellation request and sales request within a specific time
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
Requirements
- Great Customer Service skills
- Must be highly self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow up
- Posses a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
