Job Description
Aston Carter is looking to hire several Customer Service Representatives to work REMOTELY for the immediate future with a reputable employer here in the Menands, NY area. MUST RESIDE IN ALBANY (CAPITAL REGION) AREA. Also, candidates Must meeting Vaccination requirements for positions.
These Customer Service Representatives would be responsible for answering inbound calls in regards to customers prescriptions and verifying insurance.
Candidates must have:
- 1-2 years of recent Customer Service experience (Team Lead, Managers Preferred)
- Call center experience a plus (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel Experience
Job Duties
- Respond To Customer Service Healthcare Inquiries, Application Questions, Support Claims, Eligibilities
- Estimated 50-60 Calls Minimum Per Day
- Enter Service Data Into Computer Programs

- Short job history listed on resume (short tenure at many jobs)
- Unprofessionalism
Hours/Training
Training- 2-3 weeks of a shift Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm
After training: 8 hour shift- 9:15am- 6:00pm with a 45 minute unpaid lunch.
Pay
17/hr.
