We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our pool company team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding Customer Service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our data entry system
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or provide updates on their orders
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette standards
- Bilingual candidates may have the opportunity to assist Spanish-speaking customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze customer needs
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Bilingual candidates with fluency in Spanish are highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
