Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service, addressing their inquiries, and facilitating a seamless experience throughout the purchasing process.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information on products, services, and order status.

Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantities, and delivery details.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, including product issues, delivery delays, and any other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our cabinets and countertops to effectively assist customers with their choices and provide relevant information.

Order Tracking: Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders, keeping them informed of any changes or delays.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, production, and shipping, to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Customer Service or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with cabinetry and countertop products is a plus.

Proficiency in relevant software and order management systems.
