JOB DETAILS
- Title: Customer Service Rep
- Base Pay: $22 per hour during training & $27.50 per hour after training
- Receive a $400 Bonus after successful completion of contract
- Contract Duration: 12/26- 1/12/24 (3 Weeks)
- Fully Onsite - TWO LOCATIONS OFFERED (Miramar, FL or Plantation, FL)
- Assigned a shift between the hours of 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
BRIEF LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and issues.
- Provide information regarding previously submitted pre-authorizations.
- Meet established performance goals related to efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6 months + of Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Able to work onsite in Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL
- Able to work any assigned schedule between the hours of 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
