Customer Service Position

Publishers’ Graphics St. Louis (PG) [a family-owned book manufacturer] has an opening for an ambitious individual to join its account service team located in Earth City, MO.

The position involves direct management of assigned accounts. Duties include customer contact, planning of orders, production order entry, job oversight and follow up. In addition, our new employee will learn about the company’s direct mail services in order to accommodate some of those accounts, as well. Candidates who have familiarity with prepress software like Adobe, In Design or other related software will receive special consideration.

The ideal candidate must be a “people person,” who is able to accommodate pressures of multiple projects with overlapping deadlines, all the while maintaining attention to detail. The position requires organizational skills, computer literacy, professional work experience and a desire to excel with a company whose primary objective is to provide exceptional Customer Service.

This is an on-site office position. At Publishers’ Graphics, team dynamics are very important. Each team collaborates to ensure customers are serviced at the highest level. The Customer Service team works directly with our production and shipping departments.

Accrue toward 1 week of PTO during your first year; 2 weeks during your second year; 3 weeks after six years and 4 weeks after twenty years. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay will range from $20.00 to $22.12 /hour, depending upon experience.
