```Responsibilities```
- Answer incoming calls, emails and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Utilize various software applications to complete daily office tasks and reports
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding appropriate solutions and information as needed
- Collaborate with our team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in phone systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to quickly learn computerized systems used for customer management
