This is a unique part-time position (about 10-15 hours per week, semi-flexible schedule) as our Customer Service lead with administrative responsibilities at a book publishing and event production company. Our company mission is to make the world a little better place, one book and event at a time.
Ideal candidate should be a detail oriented person, well organized, and possess strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Intelligence, critical thinking, and the ability to find creative solutions to issues that arise is highly valued here. Experience with Excel and Word is a MUST, and experience with instagram and Facebook is also necessary in order to answer customer questions via these platforms
