Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and order details
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
