AZDHS is seeking a Junior Analyst for a temporary 6-month assignment.
This role will be 100% onsite.
Schedule is set at: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, no OT.

The Arizona Department of Health Services is seeking a Junior Analyst for the Immunization Program Office. This position provides customer support and technical assistance to healthcare provider staff that utilize the state immunization registry (ASIIS) and potential pandemic vaccinators.
Responsibilities:
This role will be utilized to on-board providers into the state Immunization Registry System (ASIIS), grant programmatic access and provide vaccine ordering support.
The Junior Analyst will provide technical assistance as needed and complete significant data entry.
Once trained, the Junior Analyst works independently and without ongoing technical supervision.
Qualifications / Skills:
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, documentation skills, multitasking and time management skills.
Must have a positive-professional attitude.
Must be attentive, responsive and proactive.
Ability to respond quickly and efficiently.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to demonstrate capability to appropriately and professionally handle calls.
Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in writing.
Should have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, familiarity or ability to quickly learn Google Suite and the state Immunization Registry (ASIIS), REDCap experience is a plus.
Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
At least 6-12 months experience is preferred.
