Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain multiple chat sessions to cancel recurring subscriptions on behalf of customers.
- Closely monitor and review automated communications and workflows.
- Identify and document any missed or wrong responses ensuring all subsequent interactions are accurate.
- Ensure accurate and complete outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security when handling customer information and account details.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and volume of cancellations processed.
