We're Looking for Enthusiastic Team Members!
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and creating a fun, welcoming environment for our guests. As a Customer Service/Birthday Party Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring our visitors have a fantastic experience, whether they're here for a day of fun or celebrating a special occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Facilitate and host birthday parties, ensuring a memorable experience for the birthday child and their guests.
- Assist with the organization and execution of corporate events and field trips.
- Operate and oversee activities such as laser tag, mini-golf, and arcade games.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with families and children in a fun and energetic manner.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or hosting events is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
