- Process account applications and documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Educate clients on banking products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth account transactions and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
