SalaryFulfill our customer’s expectations. Our Customer Service Attendants are always on site to provide you assistance with any of your laundry needs and questions. We are committed to providing you with a clean, safe and functional environment to complete your laundry duties.
All Customer Service Attendants Will:
Provide courteous service in a timely fashion to our customers
Assist customers with the use of debit card, ATM, service product and change machines
Complete wash and fold orders as they are dropped off during shift
Prepare dry cleaning orders for pick up
Check the restroom hourly for cleanliness and clean as needed
Patrol the parking lot for debris and remove accordingly
Complete general tidying up chores during downtime such as; sweep floors, wipe down machines, dust, and general perusal of cleanliness of the facility.
All Customer Service Attendants will be expected to wear:
North End Suds issued T-shirt, apron and visor
Jeans or khaki trousers
Closed toed flat heeled shoes
Limited jewelry and piercings in order to safely work around machines
It is expected that our Customer Service Attendants will be neat and clean in appearance at all times
Qualifications:
All attendants must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent and provide a clear criminal background check.
Please note: Lifting, not to exceed 20 lbs. is required of all attendants.
Use of personal cell phone, I-Pads, and other devices are prohibited during paid shifts.
