Are you ready to gain experience and learn new skills? Join IonTuition’s Customer Service team and help make a difference for students and alumni. This position is 100% remote and you must reside in one of the following states: FL, IL, IN, SC, or VA. The following shifts (CST) are available.
- Shift 1: Tuesday - Thursday (3pm - 8pm), Friday (2pm - 6pm), and Saturday (9am - 2pm)
- Shift 2: Monday - Thursday (3pm - 8pm) and Friday (2pm - 6pm)
Candidates must also have access to reliable internet connection.
Job Description
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing best-in-class Customer Service to the company's various lines of business including but not limited to Student Enrollment Management and Alumni Placement Verification Services. The Associate handles customer inbound inquiries and performs outreach to prospective students who have expressed interest.
Essential Duties
- Contact customers via telephone, email, chat, and text
- Be highly productive and meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs
- Properly utilize CRM system for technical inquiries with follow-up for customer inquiries
- Follow policies and procedures regarding escalations
- Update records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notate all interactions
- Comprehend training materials on a variety of topics and apply new concepts and content
- Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry
- Adhere to the client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
- Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment
