We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will play a key role in providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients and event attendees, ensuring that their experience with our firm is positive and memorable. The Customer Service Associate will handle inquiries, assist with registrations, and provide support before, during, and after fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and event attendees with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about our fundraising events, campaigns, and services.
- Assist clients and attendees with registrations, donations, and other transactions.
- Provide support and assistance during fundraising events, including managing registration, overseeing activities, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Follow up with clients and attendees after events to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, hospitality, or event management is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attendees, and team members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
