Superior Home Services, Inc. offers in-home residential services throughout Michigan’s lower peninsula. We are looking for a full-time Call Center Associate to join our remote team. **Candidates must reside in the state of Michigan.**
This position is full-time Monday – Saturday and shifts range between 8 am – 8 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attract potential customers by pleasantly answering their questions and recommending the appropriate service.
- Scheduling service appointments.
- Entering customer, job, and service notes.
- Confirming customer appointments.
- Responding to voice messages and emails.
- Taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate person/department.
- Using a variety of greetings and scripted responses during phone calls.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong phone skills and etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Some typing skills (30 words per minute)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
