Customer Service Associate III
Duration: 6 months extendable contract
Location: Bellevue, WA 98004
Onsite (In office 5 days/week)
Shift: 40 hrs/week

The ideal associate will demonstrate the ability to work independently with the utmost of professionalism, integrity, and dependability. S/he will be confident and organized and will know when and how to reach out for assistance. An ideal associate has a bias for action and is strongly self-motivated not only to take great care of our customers, but also to proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns. Finally, an s/he is supremely internet savvy and has high technical aptitude when it comes to online tools and research.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years prior Customer Service Experience
Prior exposure and confidence in working with upper level management on a regular basis
Ability to communicate professionally – with maturity and self-confidence
Over-achiever success in customer obsession, learning fast, problem solving, and collaboration/teamwork
Strong familiarity with online shopping and research
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment assessment and criminal background check
Excellent computer skills; strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, chat, and the Internet
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
College degree
5+ years' experience as a Customer Service professional (Face to face interaction and/or call center experience preferred)
Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects:
SWA operational support whilst product & tech enabled solutions
Expansion and launch of SWA
Client shipping is a brand-new business within Client. Currently provide shipping services for 3rd party sellers.
TN roles: Tech team is catching up with maintenance and improvements on the process. This role will be going over data in excel.
Different from a business analyst because there will be a lot of admin work and exporting of data, but will not be creating data or dissecting the data.
Typical Day in the Role:
Normal business hours 8-5
Will have an intake queue of tasks that need to be done. Validating addresses, start dates, vehicle eligibility, collection window times, creating tickets to request finalization
Will need to be able to transfer data from SQL to Excel reporting
Always a chance for extension AND conversion.
