First, we would be looking for you to have previous experience in Customer Service, sales, legal, communications, manufacturing, or administrative roles. We would also be looking for you to have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple stakeholders.
Second, this position will be responsible for things like being the liaison between our customer and our operations team, from initial contact all the way to shipment of the order. You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and answering questions about the mechanical properties and capabilities of the products. Your highest priority will be accuracy and timeliness. Relationship-building will be key as you gather product specifications, track orders through the manufacturing process, and solve daily customer problems.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience.
Knowledge:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and database systems.
- Understanding of Salesforce, Microsoft AX, FWM processes and products, preferred.
Physical Demands:
- An extensive amount of time spent at a desk working on a computer and talking on the phone.
- Mustbe able to access all areas of operation, including second floors.
