Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service and support to clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
Please note that this position does not require any specific skills related to warehouse, bus driving, school bus driving, moving, route driving, tractor-trailer, load unload, tanker, shuttle driving, or tow truck. The primary focus of this role is on providing exceptional Customer Service and support.
