Duties:
- Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide information about products or services.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Strong sales and upselling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
