We are seeking Customer Service Associates with excellent interpersonal skills, advanced problem-solving capability, and the desire to learn and implement effective sales strategies. The primary responsibility of our Customer Service Associate is to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Customer Service Associates serve as the first point of contact for both current customer requests and prospect inquiries. Customer Service Associates work very closely with the sales department to close new business and with the operations departments to resolve service issues. The ideal candidate will have a highly developed sense of commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work well as part of a team. Superior communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude are critical to your success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Provide excellent Customer Service on all incoming calls

1. Process customer orders / requests according to established department policies and procedures
2. Maintain customer records by updating information accordingly
3. Help resolve any service or product issues that may arise in the field
4. Work closely with sales and operations teams to provide customer with timely resolution
5. Assist with billing questions or requests (i.e., copies of invoices, explanation of billing cycles, payment processing, etc.)

• Close new business with prospective customers

1. Provide in-depth knowledge of available products and services to prospects
2. Partner with sales representatives to create quotes and provide pricing
3. Upsell additional products

• Fulfill administrative functions as needed

1. Enter orders from sales team
2. Send service agreements to customers
3. Mail invoices

• 2+ years Customer Service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
• Highly developed sense of commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organization
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Sales skills a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
