Role Mission:
Provide customers with exceptional service by exceeding their individual needs and expectations and promoting the philosophy and values of the Harley-Davidson® culture.
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Provide an exceptional Customer Service experience by exceeding the customer's expectations, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products.
- Work as a team player and partner with fellow team members to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Contribute to upholding all visual displays per Riding High Harley-Davidson standards.
- Contribute to the store's daily operations by maintaining a neat, organized understock and stock room.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Experience assisting customers before, during, and after purchases to satisfy customers needs.
- Experience in retail sales.
