We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and interact with a diverse range of customers. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly desired.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries, providing product information and recommendations
-Lookup parts and create work orders
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Skills:
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers
- Retail sales experience is preferred, with knowledge of upselling techniques
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Jewelry sales experience is desirable but not required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
