We're looking for hard-working Customer Service Assistants to partner with the owners, General and Assistant Manager, and Area Manager in the operation of our full-service car wash in Greenville.
The CSA guides the customer through the car wash experience and answers and questions about the process. As the first point of contact for the customer, this position requires a positive attitude. All CSAs are also responsible for knowing the correct way to processing customers through the car wash in a safe and efficient manner. They are responsible for ensuring the customer is positioned correctly on the conveyor, that the customer is receiving the correct wash package, and for controlling the tunnel’s equipment.
We are excited to find individuals who are eager to grow a local, small business and we hope to invest in his or her development. It is our goal to increase the Team Members' managerial scope over time. The Team Members will have excellent work ethic and communication skills to successfully work with customers and team members. Car wash experience is not required, but we are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn quickly.
Responsibilities include:
- Make Cedar Pete's the most popular full-service car wash in the Greenville area through rigorous quality control and a customer-first culture
- Excellent Customer Service and promoting a customer-first approach to Customer Service
- Guiding customers through product selection, payment processing, and car wash process
- Loading and prepping cars
- Demonstrating extensive product knowledge
- Working as a team player with the rest of the CP team
- Selling subscriptions with commission available
- Lot cleanliness and upkeep
Compensation will include a base salary up to $14/hour.
