Role Summary:
As a Customer Service Analyst at TransAm Trucking, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely updates and changes to loads, analyze recurring data, issues, and other related metrics to deploy the correct plan of action to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with an interest in the transportation industry (no prior experience needed)
- Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to various software tools
- Analytical, organized, and solution oriented.
- In-office position located in Olathe, KS 66062
Position Details:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, with extended daytime shifts and occasional weekends (e.g., 6:00a-3:00p)
- Pay's based on experience starting at $19.00-20.00/hr.
