Qualifies and manages incoming commercial and residential inquiries.
Uses internal systems and tools to make recommendations.
Learn, apply and stay up to date on technical knowledge relating to the industry.
Makes outbound customer calls related to mailings, email promotions, business development.
Enters data into internal databases
Ensures inquiries requiring follow-up are researched, documented and referred for appropriate follow-up.
Assists with customer follow-up regarding complaints and/or feedback.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Personal commitment to the mission, vision and goals of the organization.
Ability to present application technical/industry knowledge effectively.
Ability to explain information effectively to a diverse customer base.
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and accurate.
Ability to process and relay new information quickly and accurately.

Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3+ years customer service exp. in a professional setting.
Great interpersonal skills, including active listening, written and verbal communication.
Experience with data entry and retrieving information from databases.
Proficient in MS Office
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
