- Client Services Representative in an inbound contact center, your day-to-day involves providing exceptional service to Merrill Wealth Management clients, addressing inquiries on banking, brokerage, cards, small business accounts, home loans, and online banking.
- Responsibilities include delivering clear and accurate responses, supporting internal partners and customers, managing risk through authentication, and enhancing customer financial experiences
