Customer Service Account Manager
Specialized transportation company is seeking a talented person to perform and/or manage all aspects of Customer Service. The ideal candidate will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Applicant must be effective in a fast-paced environment, be a skilled multi-tasker and troubleshooter with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy, must be detail oriented, patient, flexible, team-oriented, and have basic computer skills. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working well under pressure.

Responsibilities include:
Order entry
Breakdown coordination
Customer advocate
Quote moves
Driver support
Load status updates via customer app
Organize keys and delivery documents for new loads
Coordinate local pickups and deliveries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
