Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers in both English and Spanish
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions with customers
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Sales experience is a plus
