As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts, assists in resolving issues and concerns. Our Customer Service Representatives maintain professional and courteous behavior to ensure positive image within the community served to promote customer satisfaction.
Our successful CS Representatives come from varying backgrounds- former dispatchers, bartenders, law enforcement, hotel front desk, military veterans, sales reps, college students, administrative professionals, and retail managers.
The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best Customer Service Representatives are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer Service Representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer Service Representatives will do whatever is necessary to ensure the integrity of their customers’ accounts and keep the customer base healthy.
There’s never a dull moment in this service orientated position. Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and well organized with great verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Provide feedback to management and leadership to ensure quick progression.
- Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times
